Data Center World covers the facility as a whole: power, cooling, design, construction and operations, with a commercial and management layer on top. It is broader than a critical-facilities conference and less specialised, which makes it a reasonable first data-centre event if you are moving into the sector from utility or industrial work.

The electrical content runs through power chain design, redundancy topology, commissioning and the practical business of maintaining live plant. The exhibit floor covers UPS, switchgear, busway, generators and monitoring.
