CLEANPOWER is the American Clean Power Association's annual event, and it leans further toward policy, offtake and project development than most engineering conferences. Wind, solar, storage and increasingly the transmission needed to move any of it are the subjects.

Worth attending if your engineering work sits close to project development: interconnection queues, transmission planning, and equipment selection driven by tax and supply-chain constraints as much as by technical fit. If you want depth on a converter topology, APEC is the better week.

Anaheim this year, sharing dates with Data Center World. Worth noticing now rather than in May.
